The journal follows the ICMJE criteria for authorship. Each author must have contributed substantially to (1) conception or design, or data acquisition, analysis or interpretation; (2) drafting or critically revising the work; (3) final approval of the version to be published; and (4) agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the work.

Contributors who do not meet all four criteria should be acknowledged. Any change to authorship after submission requires written agreement from all authors.
