Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the following guidance:

• Structure: Title page, abstract (max 250 words), keywords, introduction, methods, results, discussion, references.
• Format: Double-spaced, 12pt, with continuous line numbering. Figures and tables cited in order.
• References: Vancouver style, numbered in order of appearance.
• Reporting: Follow the relevant reporting guideline (CONSORT, PRISMA, STROBE, etc.).
• Data: Include a data-availability statement; deposit data in a recognised repository where possible.
